Returns, exchanges, and refunds

1) Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition, with tags or seals if applicable.
• Requests should be made within 7 days of receipt unless required otherwise by law.
• Consumables and personal items may have limited return eligibility for safety reasons.

2) How to request

• Contact us via phone or email with your order details, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and preferred resolution.
• Our team will confirm item availability for exchanges or discuss refund options.
• We will coordinate return instructions if an item needs to be sent back.

3) Processing timeline

• Review of request: typically within 1–2 business days after we receive complete details.
• For approved refunds: processing generally within 3–7 business days, depending on payment channel.
• For exchanges: timing depends on stock availability and courier schedules.

4) Refund methods

Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible. If the channel cannot process a return, we will work with you to choose an available alternative.

5) Delivery fees and adjustments

Shipping or delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, major defect). Any approved fee reversals will be clearly stated in writing.

6) Order verification

Before refunds or exchanges are finalized, we may request photos or inspection of the item to verify condition. This helps us resolve your request accurately and fairly.

7) Payment links and cancellations

If a payment link was provided, please settle within 24 hours to avoid automatic cancellation. Unpaid orders may be released back to inventory.
